Ordering & Samples
How much notice do you need to place an order?
10 business days are required for production. Rush orders can be accommodated in 5 business days or less. Rush fees may apply.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
We have 3 sample options available: Digital Proofs (free), Tasting Samples ($10.00) and Pre-production samples ($20.00). Please contact info@brandedbites.com to inquire.
What does the image set up fee cover?
The set up fee covers a print technician colour matching and setting up your file for printing. Full colour digital printing is included in the fee as well. We can print any image, and the image can span the entire print area.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Most products can be shipped anywhere within North America. Orders are packed within corrugated boxes and include bubble wrap and additional support materials to ensure minimal breakage. In summer months, limited shipping locations are available for all chocolate products. We also have a warm weather fee ($15.00 per box) to include cool packs and an insulated liner for orders shipping between June-September. Through rigorous testing and quality control, we are proud to report a breakage rate of less than 1%.
Where do you ship from?
Canadian orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario U.S orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York.
What are expected shipping times?

Can you colour match my logo?
We can colour match any logo or image being printed on stickers or tags or additional packaging. However, the FDA and CFIA limit the amount of certain colours we can use in food products, limiting us from being able to print true colour. We cannot guarantee a 100% colour match for our cookies and other treats. Please let us prepare a sample for you ahead of time for approval if you have concerns.
What type of file do you need for printing?
AI, EPS, PDF or high resolution JPGS are all acceptable file types.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Each product can differ slightly so we suggest you check the product pages for details, as a general idea here is what you can expect:
Shortbread cookies: 2-3 months
Chocolates: 6 months
Candy: 4 months
Are gluten free options available?
No, our facility is not gluten free and we do not offer gluten free options.
Packaging
Can I add a sticker or tag to my cookies?
Additional tags or stickers can be added to products for an additional fee, please inquire directly.
Are there other types of packaging available?
